This one is for everybody!
Get your friends, your husband and kids to draw. There’s a fun giveaway at the end. More later about how to sign up and the prize!
The most simple supplies – a pencil and paper and 15 minutes, that’s it!
You could purchase nice graphite pencils, you could buy a beautiful sketch pad, but you don’t have to. The goal is to build up to drawing daily. You will be amazed week to week how much you improve!
Here’s how it goes:
Week 1: Draw 2 times this week. 2 15-minute sessions. We will be drawing anything in our kitchens. Optional: draw with charcoal. Idea: draw eggs; one egg or a bowl of eggs.
Week 2: Draw 3 times this week. 3 15-minute sessions. We will be drawing anything inside our houses. Optional: draw with crayons. Idea: draw a still life of flowers, fruit, or a tablescape.
Week 3: Draw 4 times this week. 4 15-minute sessions. We will be drawing anything out your front or back door. Optional: draw with colored pencils. Idea: draw a tree.
Week 4: Draw 5 times this week. 5 15-minute sessions. We will be drawing anything while you are out and about. Take your pencil and paper with you. Optional: draw with pen and ink. Idea: draw salt and pepper shakers while you are sitting at lunch or a chair while you are waiting for an appointment.
See how easy this will be? Grab your supplies and plan to draw March 1st!
